I think this foundation is absolutely beautiful. Apparently Pat helped develop Luminous Silk so it makes sense. I feel like a glam gothic alien when I wear PMG, lol.Įditorial glossy skin goals! This is a light to medium foundation that I find very similar to Luminous Silk but more dewy/glowy. I really feel like she's the future of luxury makeup. I admire her artistry and her line makes me excited about makeup again. I will preface this by saying that I am a total Pat McGrath stan. These shades are the entire reason I will buy a $125 palette from her. This is where the quality of the product is most apparent imo. Hands down the part of her line I recommend the most. Her part shimmer part other color slightly larger glitter shades are also inconsistent. Least favorite formula from her, some of these are rather bad tbh. Solid, finely milled, but not super consistent results from color to color. Lowered score because I think this pen goes bad really fast, which is not acceptable for a $32 eyeliner imo.Īs much as these are the selling points of her palettes, they're good but not perfect. The brush tip is genuinely excellent and does not clog. Not the most comfortable formula to wear. Grouping both into this, but the finish photographs beautifully. Docking some points for how clogging the foundation feels and how her foundations don't match undertone as well as they match skintone. I like her stuff, but I think most of it was more designed for pros/editorial than it is for everyday.Įxcellent finish.
